Rapat Paripurna Mendengarkan Pandangan Umum Fraksi-Fraksi
Lubuk Linggau – Rapat Paripurna DPRD kota Lubuklinggau Yang di pimpin langsung ketua DPRD Yulian Efendi serta dihadiri langsung oleh Wali Kota Lubuk Linggau, H Rachmat Hidayat didampingi Wakil Wali Kota Lubuk Linggau, H Rustam Effendi dalam rangka mendengarkan pandangan umum fraksi-fraksi dewan terhadap 1 Raperda usulan Pemkot Lubuk Linggau dan jawaban fraksi-fraksi dewan atas tanggapan eksekutif terhadap 5 Raperda inisiatif di Ruang Rapat Paripurna DPRD Kota Lubuk Linggau, Senin (9/2/2026).
Ketua DPRD Kota Lubuk Linggau, Yulian Efendi menyampaikan 6 Reprda, 1 Raperda usulan Pemkot Raperda tentang Pembentukan dan Susunan Perangkat Daerah Kota Lubuk Linggau.
5 Raperda inisiatif DPRD yaitu Raperda tentang lembaga kemasyarakatan kelurahan, Raperda tentang penyelenggaraan kearsipan, Raperda tentang keolahragaan, Raperda tentang perlindungan dan pelayanan kesejahteraan sosial bagi penyandang disabilitas, Raperda tentang pembinaan dan pengembangan industri mikro dan kecil.
Pandangan fraksi-fraksi DPRD pada prinsipnya menerima dan menyetujui seluruh Raperda untuk dibahas ke tingkat selanjutnya, disertai sejumlah masukan dan catatan penting.
Fraksi NasDem, melalui Septrian Nugraha Gunawan, menyatakan menerima dan menyetujui seluruh Raperda untuk dibahas lebih lanjut.
Fraksi Golkar, yang disampaikan Winasta Ayu Duri, juga menyatakan persetujuan. Namun fraksi ini menyoroti belum diterimanya gaji pekerja PDAM selama empat bulan, serta gaji PPPK Paruh Waktu. Selain itu, Fraksi Golkar meminta pemerintah mengajukan penambahan kuota BBM dan LPG.
Fraksi Gerindra, melalui Yaudi, menyampaikan persetujuan terhadap Raperda, dengan masukan agar Pemkot membangun jembatan penghubung antara Kelurahan Moneng Sepati dan Siring Agung, serta pembangunan kantor lurah.
Fraksi PKB, yang disampaikan Siska Novitasari, menyoroti penerima manfaat Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang dinilai belum tepat sasaran, peningkatan jalan padat karya, serta menyatakan persetujuan pembahasan Raperda ke tahap selanjutnya. ( ADV )
