Tujuh Fraksi DPRD Musi Rawas Sepakati Empat Raperda Dibahas Lebih Lanjut
Musi Rawas. Tujuh fraksi di DPRD Musi Rawas kompak menyetujui Empat Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) untuk dibahas ke tahap selanjutnya dalam rapat paripurna yang digelar, Senin (19/5/2026).
Kesepakatan tersebut menjadi sinyal kuat dukungan legislatif terhadap sejumlah agenda strategis Pemerintah Kabupaten Musi Rawas, mulai dari penataan wilayah hingga penguatan ketertiban umum dan reformasi perangkat daerah.
Persetujuan itu disampaikan masing-masing juru bicara fraksi saat agenda mendengarkan pandangan umum fraksi-fraksi DPRD terhadap Empat Raperda yang diajukan pemerintah daerah.
Rapat paripurna dipimpin Wakil Ketua II DPRD Musi Rawas, Apt. Yani Andika, S.Farm didampingi Wakil Ketua I Azandri, S.IP. Dari total 40 anggota DPRD, sebanyak 22 anggota hadir mengikuti sidang paripurna tersebut.
Turut hadir Wakil Bupati Musi Rawas H. Suprayitno, SH bersama jajaran Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Musi Rawas.
Adapun Empat Raperda yang disepakati untuk dibahas lebih lanjut meliputi:
1. Raperda tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kabupaten Musi Rawas Tahun 2025–2045.
2. Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Ketertiban Umum, Ketenteraman, dan Perlindungan Masyarakat.
3. Raperda tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Musi Rawas Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah.
4. Raperda tentang Perubahan Ketiga atas Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Musi Rawas Nomor 10 Tahun 2016 tentang Pembentukan dan Susunan Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Rawas.
Tujuh fraksi yang menyampaikan persetujuan yakni Fraksi Golkar melalui Ahmad Arlen Bakri, Fraksi PDI Perjuangan oleh Rena Wijaya, Fraksi Gerindra melalui Fitriana, S.Pd, Fraksi PKS oleh Supandi, Fraksi NasDem melalui Rizal SH, Fraksi PAN oleh Idham Tarmizi, serta Fraksi Demokrat Kebangsaan melalui Siswantoro.
“Kami sepakat menyetujui empat Raperda dibahas lebih lanjut,” ujar masing-masing juru bicara fraksi dalam penyampaian pandangan umum mereka.
Dengan disetujuinya pembahasan lanjutan empat Raperda tersebut, DPRD dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Musi Rawas kini memasuki tahapan pembahasan yang lebih mendalam sebelum nantinya ditetapkan menjadi peraturan daerah. (ADV)
